Light upon Light

Your the coolness to my eyes and the warmth to my heart

In this cold world not even death can take us apart

Your the sun, the Earths the Moon

In darkness you bring light on who ever takes sight

Light upon light as the angels look down at night

We are tied by your mothers womb a gift for whom

I cried and cried until my heart died

You brought it back to life and together we’ll strive

To have our lives in paradise and never to be deprived

Then you kicked with your little feet

I watched you form while my life was transformed

I saw you come out and I still want to pass out 

You opened up your eyes and shone light from the skies

Our family ties a new beginning with no lies

An old life dies and a new one thrives 

A daughter loved by her father, even more by her mother 

A love triangle, with love from every angle 

Together we bow, I will do my best never to allow any harm
