Another Era Ends in World Football
Lionel Messi is leaving Barcelona. This is a big event for World Football. Lionel Messi played 17 seasons in Barcelona, where he came at the age of 17.
He achieved great success from the Champions League to the Laliga championship. During this period, he was named the player of the year 6 times. He built a huge one-team career.
I think Messi can play high-level football for 3-5 years very comfortably. But I don't know what decision he will make. He can return to his country. He can make another contract in Europe. Maybe he will quit football now. Of course, this third option would be a great loss for football.

I am honestly not surprised by the fact that he left Barcelona, it was really to be expected. That's why I'm certainly not surprised. I hope he can get a team that can cover his salary quietly and continue to make history in that team.
