HELP PLEASE, HIVE SIGNER PROBLEM

Hi. Hope you're well! I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve but don't you use Keychain? And especially on a laptop, it's much easier than mobile.
Just tell me exactly what you're trying to do and we'll go rom there :-)

I am trying to convert my hive and hbd to pesos since I need it now for my new business venture haha
But whenever I tried to transfer from savings to my account or vice versa, hive signer always go into the way and ask for a password, I know that my passwords are correct

But the transaction always fails.

It says missing active authority

I remember updating my keys last May?
Maybe that affects it?

Now I want to disconnect hive signer from my hive account but I can't find any article or way to do it. HAHAHA I hope it will not freeze. I can't even transfer hbd nor hive to other account

Oh I knew the problem, i lost the master key
Now I lost this account I must create new hahaha

It doesn't matter, if you can still blog, you must have working keys and you don't need the master key to transfer funds. Download keychain as an extension from google store. Do you have all your other keys?

I am still trying out ways to transfer funds. but hive signer always gets in the way
I also downloaded keychain but it needs the master key. i am still studying it :)

I hope I can still recover this.

Yes :-) now you can just transfer the HBD anywhere you want, straight to an exchange you use if you want.
If you want to powerdown the SP, simply do it from here by clicking the down arrow at the side and clicking powerdown.

You don't need it. I don't have mine on my @nathen007 account! Type in the individual posting, active and memo keys. it should all work fine :-)
