*** DADAR SAUSAGE EGG ROLL ***

Dadar Sausage Egg Roll

Material :
3 eggs, shake and give salt, pepper, chicken broth to taste
2 sausages, boil briefly
1 stick of leeks, (finely chopped)
1 large red chili, remove seeds (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of fiber creme + 30ml of boiled water or can be replaced with 30ml of liquid milk

How to make :

1. Shake well all ingredients (except sausages)
2. Prepare a nonstick stick with a little margarine, turn on the smallest fire
3. Pour some eggs then place sausages on the edge of the pan. Use medium heat tends to be small. Let stand for a moment then roll slowly, set the egg aside on the edge of the pan. Pour back the remaining eggs, then roll again wrap the first roll. Cook until the eggs are cooked
4. Lift the egg rolls, correct them, let them warm freshly in pieces according to taste. Serve it
