A promotion at work
Today after 6.5 years in the foundry, working my way up from bull-pusher to R&D sample tech, I was offered a salaried position as a department supervisor. Granted it's not any kind of a glamorous job or title, it is a step up in my world. I won't bore y'all with the details, just wanted to share my excitement with my fellow steemians

Congratulations! Hard work pays off.
It can be a glamorous job if you want it to be, don't box yourself in.
Strive to innovate, improve the process, manage operations as well as you can and I'm sure there will be more promotions and opportunities ahead.
