In my life I have met many people who tend to make promises and promises at every moment. If we ask ourselves. How often do I keep my promises?

Too many of us simply make promises we cant keep, and that is our downfall.
We should consider promises sacred. When we make them, we our taking the faith and trust of another into our hands. To be careless with something like that damages our relationships as well as our own capabilities to hold ourselves accountable.
