Chicken Bhunna Recipe
I am Zayani Restaurant owner, Abdul Khan. I've cooked up a Chicken Bhunna at home for you all to enjoy.
Ingredients
4 Cloves\Green Pepper Pods
4 - 5 Cardammon Pods
Bay Leaf
Cinnamon Leaf
Onios
Totatoes - chopped
Ginger - chopped
Garlic - chopped
Fresh Green Chillis
Fresh Coriander - finely chopped
Salt
Cumin powder
Coriander Powder
Tumeric Powder
Oil - cooking oil or preferably mustard oil
