Since the inception of Google Voice in 2011, the platform has grown tremendously. Google Voice is now accessible to users by speaking into a phone, tablet, desktop computer, or another device.

The technology has evolved significantly from its original vision developed by Grand Central, the originator of what is now Google Voice.
