I was guided to explain the days of the week on this platform.... so here goes :)

Today is Monday.

Planetary Ruler: The Moon

2nd Day of the week -- (Commonly known as the 1st day of the week)

Monday is a day named by the Romans, adopted from the tradition of ancient Greeks and the Gaelic.

Monday is a day named after the Moon. It's a day to Relax, meditate, chill and contemplate. Ironically, in the West, it is the start of the work week...which is not conducive to the natural flow of Monday. (....But i digress)

Take a little extra time to recenter today.... even if it's only 15 mins of your lunch time. Remember...we are made of stars... so why not do as the stars guide us to do?

Sidenote: i created a line of Tshirts that can be purchased at the link above. Words and images are very important. I will be ordering these myself to really empower self through the days and as a reminder to flow according to those energies (and not against them). Namaste :)
