Hey steemians today i am gonna talk about jurisdiction branch code of civil procedure
It is related to administrationof civil proceeding.
The code is divided in two main parts,
First obtainon 158 section and the second one has 51 orders and rules.
It helps in jurisdiction matters , it says that all matters should be resolved either they are prescribed in law or not.
