Health improvement
Health is very essential, which we need to take care of our body. Effective in everything required good health.
Moreover, be you a pastor or Imam you need good health so that you can be eligible to deliver the word of God to people. And any kind of work we are doing, good health was required.
However, to have good health does not require to go the hospital regularly, it a simple things we can do on our own, by doing some exercise daily. For example :
