Local dishes
local dishes is good food. sometimes the food we like to eat is not the healthiest food for us. the local dishes food helps us to understand the differentfood grupes and it tells us how much of each food group we should eat.

one the next lavel there are fish mest dairy product beans and lents. meat fish and chiken have protein. beans snd lents do too.
sometime we can not get food from alo the different food groups but when we havechoices about food we need to makebgood choife
