Beautiful Mantra

This morning while drinking my coffee I found a beautiful mantra which I want to share with all of you. It helped me relax straight away and made me have a wonderful morning! I hope it will help you guys relax too. To practice this mantra, inhale while thinking of the words in bold and exhale while thinking of the words written in italic.
