BREAD WITH OAT FLAKES

It's not bread! This is amazing bread! He and to tea / coffee / juice (the right to emphasize), and to the soup, and just as a snack is suitable. In this cereal-rich tasty bread there is not a single gram of wheat flour. Seeds of pumpkin, sunflower, linen + oat flakes are the main and extremely useful (especially in the morning) the ingredients of this bread.
There's even nothing to add! Just delicious ... incredibly delicious!

Composition (per 1 small loaf):
Sunflower seeds - 135 g
Flax seeds - 90 g
Walnuts - 65 g
Oatmeal flakes - 145 g
Rye flour - 6 tablespoons.
Honey - 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Water - 350 ml

Preparation:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. In another bowl, mix all the "wet" ingredients.

  3. Connect the contents of the two bowls and mix. Leave for 3 hours.

  4. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Dough spread in oiled form.

  5. Bake bread for 50-55 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Bon appetit!
