Hope everyone had a great day! Some time back, I went for a dinner around Ang Mo Kio and decided to stop by the lively S11 coffeeshop for some comforting local food.

The S11 coffeeshop at Block 711 is always very crowded in the evening. You can see the bright green S11 logo and a big red festive banner wishing businesses prosperity.

位于 711 座的 S11 咖啡店在傍晚时分总是非常热闹。你可以看到亮绿色的 S11 招牌，还有挂着写有“生意兴隆”的大红布条。

While walking inside to find a seat, the bright yellow signboard of "Meng Long King of Pao Fan" caught my eye.

在里面找位子时，“猛龙泡饭王”那亮黄色的招牌吸引了我的注意。

Their slogan "Let life be better" sounds really positive!

他们的标语“让生活更美好”听起来真的很正能量！

They have quite a variety on their menu, from Lobster Pao Fan to sliced fish, prawns, and beef. The prices are quite reasonable for coffeeshop standards nowadays.

他们的菜单选择相当丰富，从龙虾泡饭到鱼片、鲜虾和肥牛泡饭都有。以现在的咖啡店标准来看，价格算挺合理的。

I ordered a hot bowl of their signature Pao Fan. It came with a rich, savory seafood broth, and a separate bowl of crispy fried rice puffs to pour on top for that extra crunch. Don't forget the red chili padi for a spicy kick!

我点了一碗热呼呼的招牌泡饭。浓郁鲜甜的高汤里浸着米饭，还附送一小碗炸得金黄酥脆的炒米，洒进去一起吃特别有口感。当然少不了红指天椒来提味！
