You’re here. You may not be where you hoped you would be. Perhaps things are going as well as you’d hoped. Maybe you never got started. But what are you going to do about it, today?

No matter if it is physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, you have the ability to move in a positive direction this very movement. Start where you are.

Yesterday doesn’t matter. Neither do the thousand before it. The only question that matters is “What am I going to do about it, today?” Start where you are.
