Boycott Ripple!

Whilst I'm not claiming to be an expert on crypto, I do have an opinion on it , and therefore I'm going to quote @schattenjaeger, "A way for us to trade without the government and central banks meddling in-between. It was supposed to be a tax haven. It was supposed to be a big revolution of money and freedom."

Since Ripple is the central banks making a cryptocurrency, it should be boycotted! All those who disagree are probably the ones buying it for profit.
However, whilst I'm on the topic of crypto, I noticed that there are quite a few people here and on other sites advising everyone to buy high and sell low. I'm in two minds about it, because whilst its quite mean of them to do that, anyone who invests without doing PROPER research is an idiot and deserves to lose their money.
