Wow! that is pretty awesome of them to make those changes, it is progress however small their actions could spur others to do the same.

I agree that enough thoughts and prayers have been given for all the past incidents that took place many times in the past, with nothing being done. It is indeed time for some real action, I am also very impressed with the kids taking to the streets to make as much noise about this, so hopefully this puts a fire under those old farts making the laws.
