STOPI agree! Eggs it is! For me, any kind of egg is fine, except maybe raw! But we love to have our eggs over easy (or some call it sunny side up). Since we buy free range eggs from the local Amish market, we don't get too concerned about bacteria. Wonderful, bright orange yolks! Thanks for this reminder of just how great eggs can be!
Thank you for your comment. We forgot how simple groceries are delicious and healthy. Eggs are really perfect for breakfast - nutritious, full of proteins, very tasty especially in combination with bacon or ham... or both! 😀
