this is the me now, I became this way because I had a fire accident which almost took my life

am soliciting for help from you all , so that I can meet up with the necessary treatment for my body to come back to the way it was , I have a lot of drugs and fire accident creams to get so I can become the way i use to be and right now am not financially OK to get them ,I don't know if I can be help here , help me go back to normal ,looking at my body this way is droving me crazy.i need fire accident cream to get my body back
