Notes On Happiness

As Sydney Smith Said, "Try to make at least one person happy every day, and then in ten years you may have made three thousand, six hundred and fifty persons happy, or brightened a small town by your contribution to the fund of general enjoyment."
What we really want from our respected lives is the ultimate satisfaction of being happy and free. Try to fosuc on things which make us happy and try to avoid things which bring us down emotionally.
It indeed is a very cool & simple hack.
