Renting Equipment

Hey!

I'm looking into start renting out some equipment and any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. I have a few questions.
The gear that I have available is this: https://www.chauvetdj.com/products/jam-pack-gold/ and it retails for roughly $434 USD down the road from me.

1. How much should I charge for the bond on these lights? I'm worried that I'm going to rent them out once and then there going to come back broken.
2. How much should I charge per night? I'm thinking around the $30 USD mark with one full tank of smoke.
3. Would there really be a demand for small scale party lights for rent?
