Mentorship plays an important part in our lives. Finding someone sufficiently interested in us to listen, understand, and then share experiences and insights is invaluable. But mentorship is a time investment and hence has a value attached to it. Usually this is not a monetary value, but an inherent value....which requires commitment to be realised.
