Poloniex Upsetting Traders

It appears that the online cryptocurrency exchange Poloniex is upsetting its customers. there have been several lag spikes during high trade volumes causing those who are placing trades to lose money. this has happened multiple times over the last week, and possibly more than that. Traders are starting to get upset and will soon be leaving the exchange for a more stable platform to buy, sell and trade cryptocurrencies. I hope that they can get their exchange to a more functional state of being, or they face losing many customers.
