Neil Armstrong tape reversal

Here, Neal Armstrong gives address at a DC convention in 1994. A portion of his speech is played in reverse to reveal and audible phrase. Allegedly, this is a form of "natural" paranormal phenomena; comprehensible phrases will be heard on the reverse of a recording that usually relate in context to what is actually being said. This is reverse speech phenomenon.
