Ciertos consejos y ayudas mediante mis rutinas conjuntamente con resistencia y fuerza, cabe destacar que junto con mi video de verificación estoy haciendo directamente mi primera rutina en la cual es una rutina de jale para fortalecer la espalda y los bíceps, sin más preámbulo espero les guste.
