Diving into steemit - the first post

Hello steemit people, great to have reached this social network, special thanks to @cristi, being subscribed to his website I stumbled upon his recent article which led me here. 

My name is Adi (short for Adrian) currently working in the embedded software sector, I'm keen in learning new  programming languages but also fond of music, progressive metal that is, and all sorts of subgenres of metal and rock, also open to jazz, fusion etc. I play a little bit of  electric guitar  and also ride the mountain bike in the weekends when the weather is forgiving. 

Excited to write this first article and hope it will be the first of many to come. I already saw a bunch of very good articles over here, well documented and captivating.

What can I say it's a new inspiring place and I'm curious what happens next with this platform, learn new things and maybe share some articles of my own, which I hope they become better over time. Cheers!
