!. En esta ocasión me encuentro en casa de @ashura un compañero de entrenamiento el cual hemos compartido ya bastante tiempo el entrenamiento y estaba practicando lo que realizar movimientos estaticos con los de freestyle lo cual era mi primera vez y no me fue nada mal, empecé primeramente haciendo un front lever luego 360 y geinger finalizando con una Straddle con buena forma en la barra eso por los momentos también mantener una Straddle en barra y hacer un geinger ya que esa transición al principio puede ser un poco complicado, sin embargo me fue muy bien espero seguir mejorando en estos movimientos.Hello

I started by doing a front lever, then a 360 and a geinger, finishing with a Straddle with good form on the bar. For the moment, I also want to maintain a Straddle on the bar and do a geinger, since that transition can be a bit complicated at first. However, it went very well.
