!. Bien he comentado en post anteriores que mi dedicación al deporte ha sido por salud y una de mis ramas favoritas para acondicionar mi cuerpo son los movimientos estaticos ya que me llaman mucho la atención el grado de fuerza que hay que ejercer aparte de eso más que todo la forma y lo bonito que pueden llegar a verse en postura pues últimamente he mejorado en ellos sobre todo en la plancha completa ya que se me hizo un poco complicado entenderla pero ahora ya me siento mejor y espero que durante estos próximos meses seguir mostrando mis avances en ella.

I have mentioned in previous posts that my dedication to sport has been for health and one of my favorite branches to condition my body are static movements since I am very interested in the degree of force that must be exerted apart from that more than anything the form and how beautiful they can look in posture because lately I have improved in them especially in the full plank since it was a little complicated for me to understand it but now I feel better and I hope that during these next months I continue showing my progress in it.
