NSFW Family Friendly Nudist Workout - Explanation of how to do the exercises. Video 2 of 4
I try to explain the workouts so that hopefully people do not get hurt. If you have physical limitations or get hurt doing any of these exercises then you need to consult a licensed medical professional. I will not assume any responsibility. Please be safe and have a good workout. Drink lots of water/gatorade/powerade and eat healthy. I need to start eating healthier myself.
