image

The people of Aceh can not be separated from coffee. That's why, we will find many coffee-shops in various corners of the Serambi Mekkah. Whether day or evening, the society in Aceh always drink coffee in coffee shop.

No exception, from the young to the old, male and female, poor and rich, all mingling without barriers. It can be said, coffee is like a breath for the Acehnese who can not be separated from their daily life since the time of the sultanate of Aceh.

Although the times have changed, the culture of drinking coffee amongst the people of Aceh is maintained. This tradition continues to decline down to their young generation today. Nowdays, what makes it different is the convenience and facilities offered by the manager to determine whether or not a coffee shop in Aceh. Now, a comfortable layout and free internet hotspot (wifi) facilities generally attract more young people to feel like at home when they are in the coffee shop.

In coffee shop, the coffee is usually offered in three types of serving, namely black coffee, milk coffee and Sanger. Black coffee and milk coffee may have often been encountered in other parts of Indonesia, but Sanger is a unique and original blend of Aceh.

When we see at Sanger, this coffee is similar with milk coffee. But Sanger is the composition of sugar and little milk that is not dominant to make the fragrance and taste more tasted coffee. Mix the coffee with milk and sugar, then shake until frothy.

Let's visit to Aceh, guys!
Because Aceh is the country of a thousand coffee shops.
