Logo Design for Sketch Palettes
Details
Sketch Palettes is a Sketch plugin for exporting and importing fill presets. It supports colors, gradients, and Pattern fills.
Saving Palettes You can save palettes from either the Global presets section or from the Document presets section of the color picker. You can also select which of the available fill types you'd like to include. The plugin supports colors, gradients, and pattern fills. Saving will create a sketchpalette file at whatever location you choose.

It doesn't have an existing logo, this logo tells it's something about design and color related.
TOOLS
To design this icon, I use the application CorelDraw X7. I think CorelDraw app is easy for me to use then another apps similiar like CorelDraw.

It's basically a G letter, nearly impossible to see S and P letters.
