CRU Sampoiniet is known as one of the places for conservation and placement of tame elephants in Aceh. Its unspoiled location with lush trees and rivers flowing away from the hustle and bustle of the city atmosphere, is perfect for being a holiday destination to enjoy environmental tourism.

At CRU Sampoiniet, you can see the activity of tame elephants. Currently, there are four Sumatran elephants who have received guidance from Mahouts (elephant handlers), Rangers and other teams at the Sampoiniet CRU.
