On the condition of receiving the news or the story of Allah Subhanahu waTa'ala said, meaning, "O ye who believe! If thou wilt come unto thee the wicked bring a message, then check thoroughly." (Surat al-Hujurat: 6).

The scholars of hadith agreed to lay down the conditions is for the rawi whose history is accepted, the wicked rawi for committing a major sin, one of which is adultery, is not accepted by his narration.
