Ramadan is the month in which the Holy Quran was revealed, this month has three decades.
The decade of mercy, the decade of forgiveness, the decade away from the fire of hell,
research has shown that during the month of Ramadan, many diseases such as stomach problems, blood fat, blood pressure, stress, etc. are reduced.
