Us "bisaya" we called it "kinilaw"why?.
It is because its from the fresh boneless fish, chopped into pieces, grounded with
Onions, garlic,lemon, cucumbers and add chile if you want it spicy and vinegar and many more.

It's very delicious and sweet
Once you taste it you never regret it.
