Fried green pepper peanut anchovy

Ingredients: Anchovy, Peanut, Green Pepper, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic, Honey, Sesame, Cooking Oil

*recipe:

Put the peanuts in the microwave and cook them (using boiled or roasted peanuts).

Put cooking oil in a frying pan, fry soy sauce in green pepper, which is split in half, and simmer with minced garlic.

To get rid of the fishy smell, lightly fry anchovies without oil in a frying pan. Add honey, fry slightly more, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Put green peppers, which are marinated in roasted anchovy, on one side.
