Coffee Review : Terbodore

Greetings Cinnamon Cup Coffee community.

In this blog we will review a product of South Africa : Terbodore - Hand roasted coffee.

The Terbodore family are committed to their craft and passionate about coffee. With their first roasting in 2004, they have grown, improved and perfected their product.

The Great Dane, a symbol of heritage, patience and dependability, is depicted on the packaging.

Roasters Notes :

• Medium/Dark roast

Scent:

• slight sweet aroma
• roasted coffee

Taste notes:

• berry
• floral
• balanced and wholesome
• slight sweetness & balanced tone.

Suggested Brewing method

• 1-2 table spoons of coffee grounds (8g) into filter machine or plunger
• 160ml of boiled water.
• ideal brew time 3-4 minutes
