Snow Ice Cream...
First- 14 oz. of sweetened condensed milk..
Second- 1 or 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract- depending on taste buds..
Third- Mix condensed milk and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.. Then add enough snow to make it thick..
Fourth- Add any additional toppings if you like( we used a caramel drizzle) yummy... Start eating quickly, because snow melts fast.. Yet, a Styrofoam bowl slows down the melting process..
No picture, but if you would like it to be a milkshake.. Add 1/8 to 1/4 cup of milk..
ENJOY!!!

I hope that you don't live in a big city do avoid using dirty snow... I like any idea that involves adding condensed milk to it!!!!!
