Special recipe, Tofu Pan with Miso Ginger Sauce

This time I want to share special recipes for all of you, a spin on my Grandma's pan fried tofu recipe. I use Miso and Ginger to make a yummy sauce to pan fry with soft tofu, simple and easy to cook, you can copy it at home while watching this video.
