Human Trafficking: A Growing Menace
Human Trafficking is one of the largest organized crimes in the world.
According to International Labor Organization, there were as many as 24.9 million victims across the globe. That's a horrendous figure for a world that pretends to have abolished slavery centuries ago.
If you look at the Statistics, specific to India, the cases have been rising for the past 5 years:
We need a cogent and inter-governmental strategy to combat this crisis. working in silos wont help!!
