Definition of self-recognition
1 : Recognition of one's own self
2 : The process by which the immune system of an organism distinguishes between the body's own chemicals, cells, and tissues and those of foreign organisms and agents
What is the difference between self-awareness and self-recognition?
Self awareness will come from self-recognition. Till you do not recognise your true identity you cannot explore yourself or rather get into self awareness. One has to take out time for both. There is only a thin line separating one from the other.
