Compare my rice and beef stew recipe with yours....it's totally awesome
How I made my delicious tomatoe beef stew with rice
I never get tired of cooking but on this day,I was very tired....or should I say lazy to cook and clean that was when I wanted to make one of my best dishes.i had to drag myself up and go to the
kitchen...
THE AWESOME INGREDIENTS NEEDED.
1.fresh tomatoes
2.fresh beef
3.onions
4.seasonings
5.Garlic
6.pepper
7.sachet Tomatoes.
THE PROCEDURES :
1.I blended the tomatoes,garlic and onions and cooked for 15 minutes
2.I boiled the beef and seasoned it .After leaving it to boil for 10 minutes
I separated the beef from the stock
3.NOW,to make the stew,I added oil to a pot,sliced onions,salt,tomato paste and curry powder.
i fried them all today for some seconds and then I poured the blended tomatoes into the pot. I stired for even mixture and covered to cook for 6 minutes.
4.I added the beef into the pot of boiling paste and covered it to cook for a minute.
5.check for seasoning..to make sure everything is even.Add the pepper.
6.Guys,I added curry leaf...I love the scent...it's awesome.
7....let's everything cook well ..and we are done.
NOW FOR THE WHITE RICE
1.I parboiled the white rice
Next,I washed it .
2.i added a new water to the pot and a pinch of salt...
3.Next,I poured the parboiled rice into the pot of hot water and allow it to cook while covered.
THE FOOD IS READY..OUR DELICIOUS WHITE RICE AND CHICKEN STEW..

Saying the longer I wait to kill myself the more people will suffer.
They are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 years. I know there are many in prison that dont deserve to be there because of this. Your stay in prison will not be fun @battleaxe and friends. People are going to want you dead when they find out what you did. I hope you die a slow painful death. You sick mother fuckers.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?
