Fruity Desserts

i love desserts. I am actually not a candy person, but give me anything that involves sugar, flour and butter, I am yours! My favourite two dessert is my maritime trip was all in PEI.

Raspberry cream pie from PEI preserve company was so fresh, light and like advertised, felt like I was standing in a raspberry field indulging in mouthful of sweet and juicy raspberries.

Strawberry shortcake from New Glasgow Lobster dinner, this place was a buffet, so I shamelessly ate 2.5 of these, after 1lb of lobster, soup, salad, mussels. Hehe. I think I liked it much more than rest of my dinner companions though. It’s probably because I am a sucker for preserved strawberries. Have you ever had a strawberry shaved ice from a chinese bubble tea place, that’s the same kind of strawberry sauce they use. Mmmmm.
