Life needs a minimal excuse to manifest itself. The eternal cycles of death and resurrection are manifested on a daily basis and we may or may not perceive them...

But not doing it, makes us to lose one of the most amazing spectacles of Nature ... and it happens under our noses.

These two photographs were taken barely a month and a half apart. Near my place of residence, by a road that I usually use to jog.

After the dry season, the rains began and in a very short time life, which remained latent and expectant under all that barren land, manifested itself.
