My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2018
After a bit of a slump for a few weeks, I have managed to hit a personal record. Over 9k. Woop. Woop. What's the secret? It is threefold. Have a day chock full of walking errands at work and at home. Wear the phone at home, since there is company and thus pants. And forget where you parked and embark on a search.
