i don't think anyone has the clout to do that yet, and i dont think its a good idea to waste time on downvoting. You have about 9 votes a day, a downvote costs a vote too and sits forever on the blockchain with your name on it, there's no undo-ing that.
I'd say simply never vote them for witness, never vote anyone who supports them for witness, never vote anyone who feeds on them for witness. Your witness vote is what makes them rich, really. Without that they're just fish in the pond like everyone.
Id say stick to "technical" witnesses who are more interested in advancing the steemchain to the next level than people who tell you what to do, what to write and how to do it. Their days are numbered anyway, there's too much novelty coming out and no one likes dictators, right ?

Just one more thing : if you find yourself being asked , after your post got wrecked, by third party bots who tell you to send them x number of steem to "be removed from the blacklist"

You copy other peoples work and trying to earn with it, so it's acceptable to downvote it. If you would have familiarized with the system you'd know that posts are basically undeleteable.

Also, the money which is the "estimated payout" is not yours. Not yet at least. You should familiarize yourself with Steem and the reward system, including upvotes and downvotes.

There was no plagiarism, there was just five or six people who wrecked ALL my posts, and i see bots who simply take money from blacklisted people and send it to steemcleaners "as a donation" as if that's some excuse to steal someones money.

They shown themselves, i cant see them lose their position fast enough and it IS the legal equivalent of a protection racket. They're old skool, like a lot of the stalemate raking in money for nothing while steemchain doesnt get promoted in the right way (which is really THEIR job for the fucking thousands they get)

Well to begin with, nobody can take money from blacklisted users and send it anywhere.

The downvoted potential rewards aren't anyones yet and when someone downvotes a post or a comment ,the rewards do not go to the downvoter to be sent.

I can see with a quick glance that you got a few flags from steemcleaners when you were spamming a comment:
"viewed, voted, commented, and re-steemed ...

anyone follows me i'll follow back within a few days"

And I do admit, that's not plagiarism which I see as main task of the steemcleaners.

However most of the flags were from different users who are not Steemcleaners or probably not related to Steemcleaners at all.
