Mi participación en el challenge° 1 ESP | ENG
Hola amigos de Hive, hoy les comparto un vídeo donde realizo el Challenge numero 1 de la comunidad streetworkout, que consistía de una super serie de ejercicios el cuál realice en el parque las ballenitas, la super serie estaba conformada por:
-1 muscle up.
-10 pull Ups.
-15 segundos de isometria arriba de la barra.
-15 segundos de isometria a mitad de brazos.
-15 segundos de isometria con los brazos completamente extendidos.
-15 flexiones.
-10 fondos.
Y el ganador sería el que terminará esto en el menor tiempo posible, Espero les guste mi aportación, y muchas gracias por su apoyo y sus vistas, les deseo lo mejor, nos vemos en otro post.
