The Mort-Moth
As the wax melted
I noticed the carcass of a moth
Drifting to the surface
A gorgeous, grim silhouette
In the crimson tidepools
Of the dual flame
It pushed against the glass horizon
Fleeing the fire it sought
So fervently in life
