Hi everyone, I'm starting to use the actifit app and I find it great to be able to know how many steps I take during the day, even writing this post on my notes blog. As always, I go out with my dog and my cat, we go out very early in the morning to stretch our legs and do exercises.

Hola a todos, estoy comenzando a usar la aplicación de actifit y me parece super poder saber cuantos pasos doy durante el día, incluso escribiendo este post en mi blog de notas.
Como siempre mi recorrido es con mi perrito y mi gata,salimos muy temprano en la mañana a estirar las piernas y hacer ejercicios.

I was at the hospital with my dad for a check-up on the trauma floor. This hospital has many floors, we went up to the 4th floor, there are a lot of steps... but the view is great. I had to go up and down all those stairs like twice to go get things that were missing...

Estube en el hospital acompañando a mi papá para una revisión en el piso de traumatología.. este hospital es de muchos pisos, subimos al 4to piso son muchos escalones ...pero la vista es genial.

Going up and down all those stairs like twice to go buy the things I needed... It's like 70 steps or more. I recorded a video but since I'm new here I don't know how to upload it.

Bajar y subir todas esas escaleras como dos veces para ir a comprar cosas que faltanban...Son como 70 escalones o más. Grabé video pero como soy nueva aqui no se como subirlo.
